Picture-Perfect Arts Support

In 2019 Lexi Blackburn enrolled in a drawing class from Christina's Art School. It was her first year learning graphite drawing technique.

"It taught me new skills like how to shade, make textures and and do cool stuff with art," said Lexi. "I really enjoyed the classes, they are really fun to go to."

Lexi's class began in September of 2019 and ended in June of 2020. The Prince Albert Arts Board is delighted to help young artists like Lexie through the Helen Ferris Memorial Fund.

Each year the Helen Ferris Memorial Fund is available to help up and coming artists develop their skills or further their goals. For details on this grant click here.
